Order process

Follow these four steps to request or order a promotional product in a quick and easy way at Leoprinting. Take a look at our About Leoprinting page if you want to know more about us. 

Step 1: Choose a product

Select a product and determine the product features on the product page. If you can’t find a product, please contact us and we’ll produce it.


Step 2: Ordering or requesting  

Some products have a price notification and can be ordered directly. All other products can only be ordered based on a quote request. Select the amount and choose between ‘ordering’ or ‘requesting a quote’. 


Step 3: Delivery and payment

At Leoprinting we offer free delivery. The term of delivery is valid after approval of the digital proof, when the production process will be started. Our studio will keep you updated of the status of your order.  


Direct orders can be paid with Credit Card, Maestro or by invoice. A payment term of five days after receiving the invoice will apply. Read more about our payment methods here


Quote request
orders have a payment term of five days after receiving the invoice for new customers. The invoice will be sent after approving the digital proof. Returning customers have a payment term of 14 days after having received the invoice. This invoice will be sent after delivery of the products.


Step 4: Submitting files

When ordering directly, you can upload your files on our website after filling out your contact details. When requesting a quote, it’s possible to send us an email with your files after receiving the quote. 


Soon it will be possible to design your own products with our design tool. Leoprinting will always check your files for free.
