"From customisation to rush request: making sure everything is taken care of from A to Z, is what gives me energy."

Based on the information she obtains in that way, Hilde helps customers develop the best product that meets their wishes and needs. "I always give my absolute best and won't be satisfied until a customer is fully satisfied with the result. Additionally, my colleagues and I form a close team, and our customers can feel that."

When you talk about added value, you talk about Peter. With more than 30 years of experience in B2B sales and account management in digital marketing, Peter knows better than anyone else how to build a strong brand. "My goal is to build even more valuable relationships by exceeding customer expectations. Preferably customers consisting of different types of international companies."

For Corinna, a piece of advice or a final product is only good enough when the customer says so. As a top bilingual, she is an indispensable link within our European market. "We have colleagues and production facilities in several countries. This makes us flexible and customer-oriented at all times, even when projects are challenging. No day is the same, and we continue to evolve as a company!"

Creating catchy content and finding marketing growth opportunities. That is what energises Dianne. "Our international target groups are very different, so we communicate differently with each of them." One message, however, is borderless in her experience: sustainability is increasingly becoming a priority in every country. "I consider it important to contribute to making the industry more sustainable."

Developing marketing campaigns and adding the range's finest products and most famous brands. Together with his colleagues from marketing, Ilias daily delivers excellent results. "I learn a lot from experienced colleagues, and it's cool to work in an international market," he says. 'Work hard, play hard' is his motto. "If you work hard, you shouldn't forget to have fun too."

Chino

'Don't work harder, work smarter' is one of Chino's favourite sayings. He likes to go that extra mile for clients and has made meeting seemingly 'unfeasible' deadlines his specialty. "We also go that extra mile for colleagues among ourselves. There is a real no-nonsense mentality. This Dutch down-to-earthiness, as well as our knowledge, differentiates us from other companies."

Katja is always there for customers and colleagues. "To be successful, you need a team that functions well. I think it's important that colleagues know they can always come to me." The office is buzzing with activity. "Fantastic! I like being pushed out of my comfort zone. Even during busy periods, we want to serve clients as well as possible."

Als Order Manager sorgt Jordy dafür, dass der gesamte Produktionsprozess reibungslos abläuft. "Ich bin stolz darauf, dass wir unseren Kunden durch unseren umfangreichen Schatz an Wissen und Erfahrung immer eine passende Lösung bieten können. Da jeder Auftrag maßgeschneidert ist, ist auch die Produktion jedes Mal anders. Der persönliche, direkte Kontakt mit unseren Kunden in ganz Europa sorgt dafür, dass kein Tag wie der andere ist.“

From the young age of 14, Ruben has been a real Photoshop pro. And Leoprinting customers benefit from his skillset on a daily basis. Ruben makes artwork for customers and supports the marketing and sales teams in creating beautiful images. "It's great to do something creative every day. I've been doing what I love most at Leoprinting since 2018: graphic design."

Order, overview, and diving into the small print. Staying on top of administrative matters is a must for any business. In Briann, Leoprinting has found a true master of his craft who interacts directly with (international) customers and suppliers. "The best thing about my job is that we are active in various countries and thus in different laws and regulations. As a result, my work is varied and challenging every single day."
